DHAKA: Two Bangladeshi youths -- Mizanur Rahman Kiron and Shougat Nazbin Khan -- have been included in the list of Forbes Asia under-30 social entrepreneurs’ category for their contribution to solve problems through their business initiatives.
The 29-year-old Mizanur Rahman Kiron established Physically-challenged Development Foundation (PDF) and working for the betterment of the disabled in Bangladesh.
Meanwhile, Shougat Nazbin Khan, 27, has set up H A Foundation with the view to provide education to the rural poor through digital tools.
Earlier, Shougat won Commonwealth Youth Award-2016 for her initiative. She also won Green Talent Award-2015 for inventing a low-cost irrigation process run by solar energy.
