DHAKA: Asia's largest budget airlines 'AirAsia' has announced its lowest fare to travel Australia for Bangladeshi passengers.
The offer will be applicable for Dhaka-Kuala Lumpur-Sydney and Dhaka-Kuala Lumpur-Melbourne route. Bangladeshi students and middle income passengers can get the traveling opportunity as a low-cost from Bangladesh to Australia.
The lowest fare of one-way Dhaka-Kuala Lumpur-Sydney is estimated at BDT 31,900. And the lowest return fare of Dhaka- Kuala Lumpur-Sydney-Dhaka is estimated at BDT 56,900. On the other hand the lowest fare of one-way Dhaka-Kuala Lumpur-Melbourne is estimated at BDT 32,600 BDT. And the lowest return fare of Dhaka-Kuala Lumpur-Melbourne-Dhaka is estimated at BDT 58,600. The passenger can carry a laptop bag, hand bag or backpack along with 7kg weight hand luggage with free of charge under this attractive and discounted fare.
AirAsia conducts a flight from Dhaka everyday which departs from HSIA to Kuala Lumpur at local time 1:20am and arrives in Kuala Lumpur at local time 7:30am. After finishing tranzet, the flight leaves for Sydney and Melbourne.
“It is a marvelous chance for Australia going student and the citizen of Bangladesh who are living Australia”, said Vice Chairman of Total Air Services Limited (GSA of AirAsia) Sheikh Mamun.
As a result, it will enhance the travelling chance for the passengers of both countries which will play an important role to extent the education and business.
However, Air Asia restarted its activities in Dhaka-Kuala Lumpur route from 10 July, 2015. At present, AirAsia has flights in more than 130 countries from Malaysia. After launching the activities, this airline has carried more than 250 million passengers over last 16 years.
