SYLHET:  There has been 6-fold increase in power production and is no more crisis of it in the country, says Finance Minister AMA Muhith.

The minister came up with the remark at a member conference of ‘Ektee Bari Ektee Khamar Project and Palli Sanchay Bank’ in Sylhet Sadar Upazila on Friday (October 19).

Prior to this program, AMA Muhith inaugurated 5 projects of the 12, and laid foundation stones of 7 projects in Sylhet Sadar Upazila.

AMA Muhith said, “Under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Awami League administration has achieved many of its targets declared for the last 10 years. Unity and cooperation are needed to complete the rest work.”
