BOGRA: Mild winter has led the country’s northern district of Bogra to a higher number of the vegetables being produced.

In this week, a drastic fall in the price of cauliflowers has frustrated the farmers.  

Price of per kilogram cauliflower is now Tk 1.25 as wholesale markets have cut the cost to Tk 5 per kg from Tk 6 within a gap of two weeks.

At the same time, a piece of cauliflower is being sold for Tk 4.

The similar price fall also has been counted for cabbages too.

Bumper yield of vegetables this season has led farmers frustrate as they are struggling to find buyers.
