DHAKA: The Farmers Bank has changed its name into Padma Bank Ltd.
With this, the bank has been enlisted in scheduled bank’s list with the new name.
Bangladesh Bank (BB) has given ethical approval in this regard.
A notification, issued by the BB, was sent to the MDs and CEOs of all the scheduled banks disclosing the change on Wednesday (Jan 30).
