Bashundhara Group making HR activities fully automated

Bashundhara Group is going to transform all the human resources activities of its Sector-A into an automated platform through installing the EMPRESS Software in a bid to improve the human resources management.

The Human Resources Division of Sector-A of the industrial conglomerate signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Azolution Software and Engineers Ltd recently, said a press release on Monday.

Sector-A Chief Human Resources Officer Capt (retd) Shaikh Ehsan Reza and Managing Director of Azolution Software Jahidur Rahman signed the MoU on behalf of their respective sides at the Bashundhara Industrial Headquarters-2 in the capital.

Bashundhara Group will roll out the upgraded human resource information system for Sector-A that deals with Bashundhara LP Gas Ltd, Bashundhara Food and Beverage, Bashundhara City, Toggy World and International Convention City, Bashundhara (ICCB).

Sector-A Company Secretary Naseemul Hye, Divisional Head (SCD-Service Industry) Syed Farhad Ali Reza, HR Head Saad Tanvir, Head of Sales at Bashundhara LP Gas Ltd Jakaria Jalal, General Manager (Head of Bulk Sales) Redwanur Rahman, Vice Chairman’s Coordinator Abdur Rahman, CIO (IT) Sifat Nur, Deputy General Manager Maksud Alam (IAC) and Assistant General Manager (HR) Md Kibria were, among others, present at the signing ceremony.

The HR Division of Sector-A of Bashundhara Group is currently accomplishing HR activities automatically through the Employee Productivity Escalation System (EMPRESS) Software on a limited scale.

The agreement will play a significant role in completing all the HR activities automatically.

Azolution Software and Engineering Ltd is the sole developer of the EMPRESS Software which has emerged as a successful automation service provider in the country.
