The country reported 43 fresh dengue cases in last 24 hours till Sunday morning (May 29), said the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

In the 24 hours, the ten new dengue patients were admitted to different hospitals in Dhaka, said the DGHS release.

However, one dengue patient admitted outside the capital.

Some 320 patients were admitted to different hospitals with dengue till May 29 while 277 patients returned home after recovery since January 1.

However, 28,429 patients were admitted to different hospitals with dengue while 28,265 patients recovered in last year. A total of 105 died from the mosquito-borne disease during that time.
