CHITTAGONG: Miscreants chopped to death a security man of the residence of Deputy Inspector General of Chittagong range in Batali hill under Khulshi Thana of the port city on Sunday morning.

The deceased was identified as constable Kaium, 26.

Meanwhile, three other security personnel were injured in the attack of miscreants. They are constables Salauddin, 28, Ariful Islam and Shahabuddin.

Confirming the matter, Panchlaish Zone Assistant Commissioner of police Shah Abdur Rauf told banglanews, “We are investigation the matter. Primarily we suspect that snatchers might have committed the crime.”
