2 minors drown in Kustia

KUSTIA: Two minors drown in a pond near Naokhadamipur area under Mirpur upazila of the district on Monday noon.

The deceased were identified as Nazmul Islam, 7, son of Mujibur Rahaman Sarker and his cousin Jisan, 7, son of Ekramul Haque Sarker.  

Locals and family sources said that the kids drown in the pond, adjacent to their house, while taking bath.

District Additional Police Super Sohel Reza confirmed the matter to banglanews.
