NARAYANGANJ: Two workers of readymade garments were killed and two others injured in a road accident in Lolati area under Sonargaon Upazila of the district on Tuesday morning.

The deceased were identified as Selina Begum, 27,  operator of Supreme Sweater of Adamjee EPZ and Bahar Hossain, 30, worker of Denim in Kanchpur area.

Kanchpur highway police sub-inspector Shahjahan told banglanews, “ A CNG-run Auto-rickshaw collided head-on with a pick-up van in the area at around 7:00am, leaving two dead on the spot and injured others.”
