DHAKA: Miscreants blasted three cocktails aiming Awami League procession at Dhanmondi in the capital on Tuesday afternoon.

The incident took place around 4:00pm at Dhanmondi-15 bus stand.

Witnesses said Awami League and Chhatra Shibir activists locked into clash in the area when both groups brought out procession against and in support of hartal. At one stage, Shibir activists blasted three cocktails on Awami League men.

Officer-in-Charge of Dhanmondi Thana Sheikh Abu Saleh M Masud confirmed the matter to banglanews.
