RUPGANJ, NARAYANGANJ: Two people were killed and six others injured in a road accident at Tarabo municipality under Rupganj upazila of the district on Tuesday.

One of the deceased was identified as Akash Ali, 38.

Witnesses said a CNG-run auto-rickshaw collided head-on with a human hauler in Tarobo area around 8:00pm, leaving two people dead on the spot and six others injured.

Highway Thana Sub-Inspector Ataur Rahman confirmed the matter to banglanews.
