DHAKA: The cabinet of the interim government is likely to finalize soon with a non-elected person as minister.

A ruling grand alliance source told banglanews that the cabinet would be finalized keeping outside the BNP as they denied to join the all-party government.

If BNP agrees to join the poll-time government, the cabinet will be consisted with 20 members, the source added.

As per the source, the figure of the poll time interim government would likely to be an odd number as 13 or 15 if BNP refused to join the cabinet.

The much recited names for the cabinet are; Finance Minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith, Agriculture Minister Matia Chowdhury, Home Minister Mohiuddin Khan Alamgir, Law Minister Shafique Ahmed, Foreign Minister Dipu Moni, Awami League advisory council members Tofayel Ahmed, Ameer Hossain Amu, LGRD Minister and party General Secretary Syed Ashraful Islam, Bangladesh Workers Party President Rashed Khan Menon and Information Minister Hasanul Haque Inu.
