CHITTAGONG: Two workers died falling from the rooftop of two under construction buildings in the district on Thursday morning.

The deceased were identified as Faruk, 30 and Shanto, 22.

 Sources said that the victim Faruk fell from the rooftop of a under construction building in front of Razkhali gate under Raojan Upazila of the district at around 10:00am.

Later, he was rushed to CMCH where duty doctor declared him dead.

On the other hand, a worker named Shanto fell from a three- storied under construction building in Subarna residential area under Panchlaish thana of the port city.

Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) police outpost Nayek Hamidur Rahman confirmed the matter to banglanews.
