12 more pilgrims return from Umrah under Bashundhara support A total of 12 insolvent devotees who have returned home after performing Umrah have extended their heartfelt thanks to Bashundhara Group.

A total of 12 insolvent devotees who have returned home after performing Umrah have extended their heartfelt thanks to Bashundhara Group for providing them with an opportunity to visit the holy land of Saudi Arabia.

Baitul Mukarram National Mosque Musalli Committee General Secretary Mizanur Rahman Manik and Bashundhara Group Umrah Affairs Coordinator Amir Hossain Miah welcomed the pilgrims at Dhaka airport on Saturday.

Bashundhara Group has extended support to 157 pilgrims to perform Umrah so far. The latest pilgrimage including the 12 musallis who left Dhaka on December 29 last year

The pilgrims mentioned that they prayed for Bashundhara Group Chairman Ahmed Akbar Sobhan and Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir along with their entire family and countrymen for fulfilling that dream.

Musalli Committee General Secretary is involved in the whole process of sending the muslims who have dream of performing Umrah but cannot afford it.

“Bashundhara Group Managing Director facilitated iftar programme for over 50,000 musallis in Ramadan last. While taking part an iftar programme with musallis, the chief adviser of the organsiation pledged to support 100 insolvent persons to perform Umrah. We have supported around 157 musallis so far under the noble initiative,” he said.
