Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) predicted weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours from 9am today (March 13).

According to a BMD bulletin, Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, having chances of rain/thunder showers at one or two places over Khulna and Barishal divisions.

Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country, BMD in its bulletin said.

Country's maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded 34.5 degree celsius jointly at Kumarkhali and Faridpur while today's minimum temperature 14.5 degree celsius at Tetulia.

Seasonal low lies over the South Bay.

The sun sets at 6.07pm today and rises at 6.8am tomorrow in the capital.
