Fire at building in Hatirpool Kacha Bazar

A fire broke out on the second floor of a six-storey building in Hatirpool Kacha Bazar area in the capital on Thursday (March 14) evening.

Anwarul Islam Dolan, the media cell officer of the fire service headquarters, confirmed the matter.

He said the report regarding the blaze was received at 6:40 pm. Seven firefighting units are working to douse the fire, he added.

No casualty has been reported in this incident.
