Bashundhara Group distributed iftar among devotees at the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque in the capital on the 10th Ramadan on Thursday (March 21) as well.

Baitul Mukarram National Mosque Musalli Committee is facilitating the programme on behalf of the industrial conglomerate. Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir is providing the iftar as the chief adviser to the Musalli Committee.

Musalli Committee President Eakub Ali and General Secretary Mizanur Rahman Manik distributed the iftar items among the fasting people.

Eakub Ali said, “Distribution of Iftar among people is a great initiative of Sayem Sobhan Anvir, Managing Director of Bashundhara Group. We welcome this initiative.”

Talking to the media, Manik said Bashundhara Group is distributing iftar at the national mosque for the third consecutive year.

“Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir is supporting the iftar programme for 3,000 people each day of Ramadan,” he said.

Riaz Uddin, a commoner who came to the Gulistan area for shopping, expressed gratitude to Bashundhara Group for facilitating iftar for all at the national mosque. “I wish for Bashundhara Group’s further prosperity,” he said.
