Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) has cut down the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders by Tk 40 to Tk 1,442 per 12 kg.

The new price rate will come into effect from 6:00pm today (April 2). 

Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) announced this through a notification.

However, BERC has fixed the retail price of LPG at Tk 120.18 paisa per kg. Therefore, the price of cylinders weighing 5.5, 12, 15, 16, 18, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 45 kg has reduced.
