DHAKA: Shahariar Alam, state minister for foreign affairs, is set to sit with the diplomats of different countries on Thursday afternoon for the first time after the new government took charge.

State Minister will brief the foreign envoys about post-election situation of the country around 3:00pm.

Sources from foreign ministry confirmed the mater to banglanews.

Earlier, former foreign minister Dr Dipu Moni and former minister for foreign affairs of polls-time government AH Mahmood Ali briefed the diplomats about election-related matters in several phases.
