DHAKA: The new cabinet on Thursday approved speech to be delivered by President Abdul Hamid at the first session of the 10th parliament starting on January 29.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina chaired the first meeting of the cabinet attended by ministers, state ministers, deputy ministers, and secretaries at secretariat.

Cabinet Secretary Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan made the disclosure while talking to journalists after the meeting.
