SAVAR (DHAKA): Communications Minister Obaidul Quader on Friday categorically said that the government would not capitulate to any domestic and foreign pressure.

He came up with the assertion while talking to journalists after visiting road construction development works on Abdullahpur-Bipile road of Ashulia at around 10:30am.

The minister said that through constructive dialogue between political parties a pleasant environment could be brought back in the country.

Obaidul Quader also said that people didn’t respond to the BNP’s destructive activities. And the minister also thanked to the BNP Chairperson for leaving violent ways and come back on the right track of politics.

Meanwhile, locals Member of Parliament Dr Enamur Rahman, Dhaka road circle superintendent Engineer Sahabuddin Khan, Executive Engineer Ahsan Uddin Ahmed and others were present.
