Bangladesh Metrological Department (BMD) today (June 20) predicted continuous rainfall in three divisions for the next two days due to the active monsoon prevailing over Bangladesh. 

It predicted rain in Dhaka is likely on Thursday afternoon or early hours of Friday, though there is not that much impact of monsoon in the central parts of the country, including Dhaka.

The rain will decrease by Saturday, it added.

Meanwhile, continuous rainfall has worsened the flood situation in Sylhet.
