DHAKA: Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu categorically said that use of children in any kind of political programmes or violence would not be allowed.

He came up with the assertion while addressing a workshop at Press Institute of Bangladesh (PIB) arranged jointly by UNICEF and Information Ministry on Wednesday morning.  

Information Minister said, “We have to stop family dispute and social violence because those have an impact on children.

Inu also said that the present government has taken pre-primary education system for children before primary education in new education policy.

With Information Secretary Mortoza Ahmed in the chair Additional Secretary of Information Ministry SM Harunur Rashid, Director General of Bangladesh Radio Aktar Uddin Ahmed, PIB Director General Shah Alamgir and others were present in the workshop.
