1 killed in road mishap in city

Dhaka: One person was killed in a road accident at city’s Jatrabari intersection Saturday.

The deceased was identified as Mohammad Ali, 30.

Jatrabari thana sources said a speeding passenger bus ran down Ali while he was crossing the road.

Local people rescued him in a terminal condition, and he breathed his last on the way before reaching Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
