The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted that the weather will remain mainly dry with partly cloudy skies across most parts of the country over the next 120 hours starting from 9:00 AM today.
“Day and night temperatures may rise slightly,” said Meteorologist Shaheenul Islam.
However, isolated rain or thundershowers accompanied by lightning and gusty winds are likely in parts of Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions, and at one or two spots in Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, and Chattogram divisions.
Rainfall activity may increase while temperatures could drop in the coming days, according to the five-day outlook.
Yesterday’s highest temperature was 35.5°C in Rajshahi, while the lowest was 21.2°C in Bandarban.
Today’s sunset in Dhaka is expected at 6:23 PM, and tomorrow’s sunrise at 5:31 AM.
