DHAKA: State-owned tourism organisation Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation (BPC) made a Tk 19.47 lakh profit in the 2009-10 fiscal.  

In a press release on Tuesday, the BPC disclosed the profit.

The organization kept on losing for the last four fiscal years.        

“Skilled management causes the profit of the organization,” the release said.

The BPC had counted a loss of Tk 1.94 crore in 2008-09 while it was Tk 1.55 crore in the 2007-08 FY.

Before the 2006, BPC was a profit making organization on regular basis.
