DHAKA: The Chamber Judge Court of Appellate Division Tuesday upheld the High Court`s directions on remand of top three leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami.

The High Court bench comprising Justice Dastogir Hossain and AKM Jahirul Haque ordered the authorities concerned to maintain the directions of the court.      

The High Court gave directions that include the remand would not be for more than three days at a time, and ensuring health check up before and after the remand.
