DHAKA: The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has issued legal notice against four people including former Supreme Court justice Jainul Abedin, asking them to submit their fixed and personal asset information.

Legal notice was also served to Supreme Court bench officers Pradip Kumar Das, Ehteshamul Haque and lower Court reader Oliullah.

A court source told banglanews24.com.bd, “The notice was issued asking for their wealth statement last Monday and Tuesday. But, the issue was kept secret.”

However, ACC chairman Golam Rahman confirmed the matter to the journalists on Tuesday night.
