DHAKA: The Speedy Trial Tribunal on Tuesday recorded deposition of three more people in a case of killing tailor Biswajit Das.

Dr Maksud, shopkeeper Azizul Hakim and Hawker Motaleb gave their deposition before Dhaka-4 Speedy Trial Tribunal on Tuesday.

Speedy Trial Tribunal Judge ABM Nizamul Haque fixed September 1 for next deposition date.

The tribunal took 19 people’s deposition till far from 60 witnesses in the case.

Biswajit, 24, proprietor of a tailor in Old Dhaka’s Shakharibazar, was stabbed and beaten to death during 18-party alliance’s road blockade programme on December 9 in 2012.
