GAZIPUR: Four people were killed and five others injured in a road accident in Naojor area of the district on Friday morning.

The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.
 
Quoting hospital sources, Gazipur Sadar police outpost SI Saidur Rahman said, “A bus collided head on with a Tempo (Three Wheeler) in Naojor area on Dhaka-Tangail highway at around 8:20 am, leaving four dead and inured others.”

The injured were rushed to the Gazipur Sadar Hospital.
