PM for religious harmony

DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, also ruling Awami League president, on Sunday urged people to keep breathing with religious harmony as it is the tradition of Bengalis.

The premier came up with the assertion while visiting Durga Puja at Ramkrishna Mission Temple in the city.

She urged all to prevent wicked attempts so that the religious harmony cannot be foiled.

Sheikh Hasina also claimed that the government along with countrymen would prevent the conspiracy.

She also said, “The incumbent government ensured religious harmony as it is the spirit of independent Bangladesh.”

“We should be united to keep the triumph of democracy and ongoing development,” she said.

Later, Prime Minister visited another temple in the city and senior leaders of the party accompanied her.
