FROM ASHULIA: Road, Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader on Monday categorically said the government is worried about the international militancy.

He came up with the assertion while inaugurated a foot-over bridge on Baipail-Abdullahpur highway in Ashulia.

Regarding the movement of BNP, the ruling Awami League lawmaker said, “BNP does not have any ability to enforce mass movement.”

The incumbent government is not worried about their movements rather “we are worried about international militancy”, he added.

Obaidul Quader also said there is nothing to worry about the home-bound people during the upcoming Eid.

Local MP Dr Enamur Rahman and Ha-Meem Group managing director AK Azad were among others present in the program.
