DHAKA: Family members of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia met her in Old Central Jail located on Nazimuddin Road in old part of Dhaka.
They entered the prison at 4:45 pm and came out at 6 pm on Friday (September 21).
An official of BNP Chairperson’s press wing Shamsuddin Didar confirmed the matter to Banglanews on Friday (September 21).
Earlier, two lawyers-Advocate Sanaullah Mia and Masud Ahmed Talukder- visited her on September 19.
A Dhaka special court sentenced Khaleda Zia to five years' rigorous imprisonment in the Zia Orphanage Trust graft case on February 8. She landed in jail on the same day.
