DHAKA: BNP has declared to stage a rally either at Suhrawardy Udyan or in front of Nayapaltan party office on the coming Thursday (September 27).

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi briefed media at party’s central party office in city’s Nayapaltan on Monday (September 24).

Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said, “Letters were sent to the authorities concerned including, police, Public Works Department (PWD), and City Corporation to hold the rally on Thursday. Preparation has already been taken.”

In response to a question, Rizvi said, “This rally will be on current political issues. However, the main issue will be announced on that day.”

Other BNP leaders were present at the press conference.
