SUHRAWARDY UDYAN: BNP activists started reaching the rally at Suhrawardy Udyan in the capital on Sunday (September 30).

Though the program was supposed to begin at 11 am with musics, leaders and activists began gathering at the venue from 9 am onwards with banners, festoons, placards written with colorful slogans.

Dhaka Divisional Co-organizing secretary Abdus Salam Azad told Banglanews: “Music will be played from 11 am to 1 pm. Among songs, there are patriotic and songs which convey message of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia’s release. The rally will formally start at 2 pm.” 

Standing committee member Dr Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain will address the rally as the chief guest while BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will preside over the rally.
