DHAKA: High Court granted anticipatory bail to BNP standing committee member Moudud Ahmed in a case filed with Hatirjheel Police Station.
The HC bench of Justice Muhammad Abdul Hafiz and Justice Kashefa Hossain granted bail on Tuesday (October 2) until police report is submitted.
Advocate Zainul Abedin, and barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokan moved for Moudud Ahmed in court.
On October 1, a case was lodged with the police station on charge of creating obstacles to police duties.
