Khaleda’s nomination form for Feni-1 cancelled

DHAKA: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia cannot contest the 11th parliamentary polls from Feni-1 constituency as the Election Commission cancelled her nomination form on Sunday (November 02).

District’s Returning Officer Md Wahiduzzaman disclosed the matter this morning after scrutinizing the nomination form.

He said: “Khaleda’s nomination form has been cancelled as she was convicted on corruption charges.”
