MANIKGANJ: BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said reformation process is underway into the party.
“BNP has been conducting peaceful movements with the demand of releasing the political prisoners and daughter of democracy Khaleda Zia and security for the lives of commoners,” he said.
Mirza Fakhrul was talking to the reporters after attending a program marking 8th death anniversary of late BNP secretary general Khandaker Delwar Hossain in Ghior upazila of Manikganj on Saturday (Mar 16).
BNP leaders and activists offered a ziarat at the graveyard of Khandaker Delwar Hossain.
“Now, the reformation work is being conducted into the party. Afterwards, this fascist and autonomous government will be ousted by staging movement accompanying the countrymen,” added Fakhrul.
BNP Joint Secretary General Moazzem Hossain Alal and Joint Secretary General Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokon, among others, were there.
