Liton Das scored 60 runs off 44 balls with two over boundaries and four boundaries.
For Afghans, Fazalhaq Farooqi and Azmatullah two wickets each.
Bangladesh included uncapped Munim Shahriar and Yasir Ali in the squad. The host also included Mohammad Naim in the playing XI despite his lean show in the BPL.
