The high officials of East Bengal Football Club of Kolkata called on Bashundhara Group Managing Director and Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Limited Chairman Sayem Sobhan Anvir on Wednesday.

East Bengal officials made a visit to Dhaka following an invitation of Sayem Sobhan Anvir.

Earlier, on February 24, East Bengal Football Club accorded a reception to Anvir for his outstanding contribution to the development of sports.

The renowned football club also conferred life-term membership on him in a grand gala ceremony in Kolkata.

During meeting between East Bengal officials and Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Chairman, both sides decided to work together for developing football in Asia, creating new enthusiasm among football players and lovers, hunting new talents and improving sports infrastructures.
