Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) today (Sep 14) announced the 15-member squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup.
Shakib Al Hasan will lead this season while Nurul Hasan Sohan is the vice-captain of the team. The tri-series in New Zealand will also have the same team, according to the BCB.
However, six cricketers have been dropped from the Asia Cup team.
15-member Bangladesh team: Shakib Al Hasan, Sabbir Rahman, Mehdi Hasan Miraj, Afif Hossain, Mosaddek Hossain Saikat, Liton Das, Yasir Ali, Nurul Hasan Sohan, Mostafizur Rahman, Saifuddin, Taskin Ahmed, Ebadat Hossain, Hasan Mahmud, Nasum Ahmed, Nazmul Hossain Shanto.
Standby: Shariful Islam, Rishad Hossain, Soumya Sarkar, Mehedi Hasan
