Trade though through the Banglabandha land port in Panchagarh district resumed on Monday (Oct 10) after remaining suspended for 10 days marking Durga Puja and Eid-e-Miladunnabi.
Banglabandha Importers-Exporters Group general secretary Khudrat-e-Khuda Milon confirmed the matter to Banglanews.
He said all kinds of import-export activities among Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Bhutan through the land port resumed this morning after being suspended from September 30 to October 9.
However, passengers with passports were able to pass through the Banglabandha immigration checkpost normally, said its officer-in-charge Nazrul Islam.
