Bangamata Sheikh Fojilatunnesa Mujib Science and Technology University (BSFMSTU) has announced a 9-day program starting from March 17 to celebrate the golden jubilee of independence and birthday of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

Prof Dr Syed Samsuddin Ahmed, Vice-Chancellor of the university disclosed the information in a press conference at BSFMSTU Guest House in Jamalpur on Tuesday afternoon.

Dr Syed Samsuddin said the authorities have taken full preparation to celebrate Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s birth centenary and the golden jubilee of the independence maintaining health safety rules.

Every day’s program will showcase different aspects of Father of Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s life, said the VC. 

University teachers and officials were also present at the briefing.
