DHAKA: Bangladesh Community in Florida celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr this year with cultural programs arranged by Ektara Florida where famous singer Mustafa Zaman Abbasi was chief guest.

Bangladesh Association of Florida’s senior deputy president Golam Mustafa and general secretary M Islam Zahir; Miami Bangla Association president M Zaman; Florida State Jubo League president Dewan Chowdhury and general secretary Ramiz Uddin; Florida BNP member Barrister Kajol and Ilias Ali and former MP Nilufar Chowdhury Moni, among others, attended the event.

Singers Piali Sukla, Sohag Uddin, Samira Abbasi and Anima D Costa sang along with famous singer Mustafa Zaman Abbasi.

‘Ektara Florida’ president Rubaiya Banu handed over a crest to Mustafa Zaman Abbasi on behalf of Bangladeshi community in Florida.
