Power couple Aly Zaker-Sara Zaker’s son Iresh Zaker tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Mim Rashid in early 2018. The wedding ceremony held amid extravagant arrangements at a party center in Dhaka’s Gulshan on Feb 4.

Mim Rashid is a sister of popular TV actor Mithila.

Iresh and Mim were locked in an affair for long 11 years.  

Tawsif Mahbub

Small screen actor Tawsif Mahbub hit the wedding bell on Feb 9. He was in love with Zara since 2014. Their turmeric smearing rituals held on Feb 6 in vibrant presence of wide number of showbiz stars.  

Masuma Rahman Nabila

Actress-model-TV presenter Masuma Rahman Nabila tied the nuptial knot with Jubaidul Haque Reem in Dhaka on Apr 26. They had tenderness for each other since adolescence which later got the final shape. The wedding function was a star-studded one.

Nabila came under the spotlight for appearing in Amitabh Reza Chowdhury’s 2016 hit ‘Aynabaji’.

Bappa Mazumder

Popular singer Bappa Mazumder and actress Tania Hossain exchanged rings on May 16 and married on Jun 23. Their reception was held at Sinha Lounge of Dhaka Club in a low-key function in presence of the two families and their confidantes from the showbiz industry.

Siam Ahmed

‘Dohon’ famed Dhallywood actor Siam Ahmed married his longtime girlfriend Shamma Rushafy Abantee on Dec 16. Close relatives of the two families and several celebrity confidantes of Siam attended the wedding ceremony held at a party centre in Dhaka.

Abantee and Siam were known to each other over almost 10 years. Time developed their friendship into an affair and they gave it the ultimate shape as well—becoming husband and wife!

The couple is now waiting for their reception scheduled for March, 2019. 

Sabnam Faria

News of actress Sabnam Faria’s marriage started whirling on social media since she had made the announcement in late 2018. Her husband Harunur Rashid is employed at a private marketing company.

Faria uploaded her wedding photos on her Facebook account on Dec 18. But, the ‘Debi’ famed actress didn’t disclose yet the date of ringing the wedding bell.
