DHAKA: Doctors of Dhaka Medical College Hospital provided free medical treatment to mark the National Mourning Day.
They checked up patients and prescribed the destitute without charges from 8:00am to 10:00am to commemorate the father of the nation.
Confirming the matter, DMCH director brigadier general Mostafizur Rahman said as per government order, the treatment has been provided to destitute.
A total of 167 people have received treatment in outdoor and 58 patients in emergency unit. Of them, 9 seriously ill persons were admitted to hospital.
Doctors of different department were present during the time.
