DHAKA: Health Minister Zahid Malik on Saturday (August 3) said the number of dengue patients is decreasing daily.

"There is no reason to be panicked. We have all the necessary measures for treatment. None has to conduct unnecessary test," he said to people.

The minister was talking to reporters after visiting dengue patients at Dhaka Shishu Hospital in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar.

"A separate cell has been formed for dengue patients at Shishu Hospital. The infected people are treated here free of costs," added Zahid Malik.
