Bangladesh on Monday (July 12) recorded the highest single day Covid-19 caseloads in the last 24 hours. 

In the last 24 hours, 13,768 people have tested positive for coronavirus, raising the total number of coronavirus cases in the country to 10,34,957.

Besides, 220 people died in the last 24 hours raising the number of total fatalities to 16,639.

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) disclosed the update of the country’s coronavirus situation issuing a press release this afternoon.

Bangladesh reported its first Coronavirus case on March 8 in last year while first death on March 18 in that year.
