Bangladesh on Wednesday (Aug 25) recorded 114 deaths from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours raising the number of total fatalities to 25,627.

Besides, 4,966 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of coronavirus cases in the country to 14,77,930.

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) disclosed the update of the country’s coronavirus situation issuing a press release this afternoon.

Bangladesh reported its first Coronavirus case on March 8 in 2020 while first death on March 18 in that year.
